This website (usechamber.info) is operated by Chamber. It exists to tell you about our product and to let you request a free practice automation assessment.
What we collect
If you submit the assessment form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, practice name, optional phone number, and the optional answer about where your team spends time. We do not collect patient information through this site.
How we use it
We use your contact details for one purpose: responding to your assessment request and scheduling the conversation you asked for. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn’t request.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our private, access-controlled database hosted on Amazon Web Services, and a notification is emailed to our founders. Access is limited to the Chamber team.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may collect standard, anonymized request logs needed to operate the site.
Removal
Want your details deleted? Email founders@usechamber.io and we’ll remove them promptly.
